    Items did not arrive, which is ok, but when the seller Completely ignores your messages letting them know and messages to try and sort it out it is not ok.. I contacted the seller 4-5 times and had to open an ebay case, the seller was given another week to sort it out but did nothing, ebay refunded me. Seller is now talking like everything is ok and they fixed it and asking me to remove feedback, this is what feed back is for, 4-5 weeks later I've had to reorder through another seller

    You had 3 items in 1 order and you have left me 3 negative feedback. Buyer was fully refunded and offered free fragrances as the shipment was lost (out of my hands) but buyer refused and proceeded to leave more negative feedback.
