When I contacted the company Terry immediately started trying to track my package & then sent me, via express post, a replacement order which has just arrived here on a Saturday morning in Central West NSW, unheard of. Pity more companies don't take a leaf out of this companies books. I've just had my first coffee with the Irish Cream syrup, equally outstanding. I'll be purchasing again.
