But also the screws was missing i left the seller know and took pics. He asked if it was working I said no.i left him know he got me another one out ASAP. It had to have been boxed up damaged like that (which was not in the description it said it was new!) and the UV light kept turning off. I contacted the seller for a replacement. They don’t respond in a timely manner - offered a $15 refund & wanted me to keep the damaged warmer which I refused. They waited until the last day before eBay could assist to send a return label.
