This seller set a an extreemly fair price to accommodate the high cost of shipping for the item I bought. There was no guarantee that the item was fully functional, but based off of the description he wrote and the pictures he posted, I decided to take a chance on the purchase. I messed up the order by not noticing the shipping address was not current. I sent a note with cancellation as to why, and the item was placed back into "available to purchase" almost immediately. I reordered it, fixing the address. Credit cards credited, etc. very smooth. I very much appreciate the seller's prompt cooperation. Item arrived pretty quickly after order, so that's also a plus. It was carefully enough packaged and arrived in good shape. Positive experience all around.

I got this computer to tune cars. Item arrived quickly, in good condition, and with no surprise damage/issues. Item was as described. My only complaint, and this is just nit-picky, would be that they had an outward facing invoice on the box, so anyone that looked at it knew it was a computer. Thankfully I live in a gated community, otherwise a porch pirate would’ve picked it up in a heart beat. Would definitely do business with this seller again. Thanks!!!
