Unfortunately the strap did not arrive though Royal Mail as it was ment to (out of sellers control) but there communication was brilliant after I explained I needed the part for an up coming race they sent out a 2nd item with next day delivery to make sure I had one in time things don’t always got to plan when they are out of your control but could not fault the way they dealt with the situation
