Woeful customer service. Have used the seller before with no problems, so happily bought this subframe with next day delivery, a week late still no sign with zero updates of delay and communication or information is non existent. Made the mistake of stripping the old unit off when it was 6 days late thinking it can’t be any worse. Got the nightmare now of having to refuse the item if it does show, and trying to get a refund. The ebay automated system isn’t good either tbh, think twice in future

In the advert was saying that it will fit to an audi a6 c7 i get in touch with the seller and he said he will send me the right one and guess what! He send the the same one ! I the first 2 pictures its my old grill on bottom and new one on top as you can see it’s smaller !

This is by far the worst seller I have experienced. I payed for lights which it says in the condition as brand new. Once I received them I had a look at the lights and they had scratches on them as if they have been returned before! Contacted the seller and was very disappointed in the way I got help. Never using again! Do not buy!
