    Very long ship time and packaged like none other . . . triple packed! Listed as NEW, Opened and immediately could tell it was NOT the fragrance indicated in the listing. Plastic between the cap and bottle indicated it had been opened. CLEARLY not an authentic product! The seller quickly refunded without hesitation but the misrepresentation stood! BUYER BEWARE!

    The buyer is making inaccurate claims. I sold them a brand-new, authentic item, but they were unhappy with the scent and, as a result, made a variety of allegations to justify a return. I understand that sometimes a customer may not be satisfied with a product or it may not meet their expectations — that’s why I accept returns. However, it's unfair and inappropriate to make false claims in order to force a return.
