Item was faulty and I had to remove it from its holder as they sent wrong part had to fit it in holder on the boiler so it would fit sent faulty part back and because it wasn’t in the holder which I had and was going to send back they used it as an excuse to not refund or replace not great customer service at all

Since the part wasn't in the holder, we couldn't determine its condition.Example: You cannot return an empty milk or beer bottle for replacement of refund after consuming the liquid.
