    NEVER Again! Item advertised as in stock. 2 months later still don’t have item. No proactive communication. Constantly chasing. Claimed to have posted. Tracking number provided was invalid and showed no tracking movement over 2 weeks. Supplier advised me there is no stock in Australia, despite seller claiming they received a shipment and posted it to me. Agreed to refund $400 item despite claiming they had posted it. Do not believe a word this seller says.

    The very first email after you purchased was very clear copy below: Hi, I do apologize we have had delays with the model. Dispatch are telling me around next Thursday/Friday. Without say if you cannot wait we will refund you. We offered you a refund the first day you purchased and yes we were not able to dispatch on Thursday/Friday as we had a further stock issue we also emailed you to advise you of this??? We now have the stock happy to send you an image to show you since you say we lied??

    10 Weeks after ordering this item which WAS IN STOCK and being fobbed off with excuses that there were shipping issues, enough is enough. Three separate times they told me the item would be packed that day and shipped, but still nothing. They supplied fake shipping numbers and no contact unless I chased them which I have believe me. Worst customer service in history

    We do admit we had a stock issue with the item their is no doubting this?? You have bought off us in the past and did not have an issue?? As you can see from the bad feedback that the issue is all about the same item.
