    I would give zero stars if I could. After waiting over a month for my order, I never even received it due to mistakes in the export documents on the seller’s end. UPS placed the shipment on hold because the sender failed to recognize ownership of the package and refused to take responsibility for the import fees — even though I had already paid them. Completely unprofessional, no accountability, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this seller at all costs.

    UPS: 1ZYF96706703328047 You received 1st batch of pumps and you were happy with it. Then you ordered again. Second shipment didn't go as smooth as the first one. This is due to import restrictions imposed on Europe by Mr. Donald Trump and the new US administration. This is blackmailing us for the unforeseen circumstances. Totally unfair blaming on us. We fully refund 2nd batch , lost goods and shipping fees. All you gained with your feedback is that we are forced to stop serving US customers

    Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe einen Capnograph von Emma bestellt. Innerhalb weniger Tage wurde dieser geliefert. Die Werte wurden in kPa angezeigt. Da ich einen Capnographen mit einer Anzeige in mmHg gebraucht habe, habe ich den Verkäufer angeschrieben. Dieser hat sehr freundlich und schnell zurückgeschrieben. Der Capnograph wurde umgehend vom Verkäufer getauscht. Das nenne ich perfekten Service :)
