    Never shipped item and did not contact me after about a week and not receiving item. All I got was a "Shipping label created" notification and had to escalate the issue to Ebay about not receiving my item. I did get a refund issued, but only after escalating it to Ebay; also an apology would have been nice or something for wasting my time.

    Couldn't be happier with the salvaged rack and pinion, seller apologized for shipping delay because of large size and needing to find the right shipping boxes for the item. I do recommend them and will reach out if I need any other parts in the future. You may my Masi live once more as it's second owner.
