    Scammers!!! After enquiring as to why it hadn’t been posted several days after purchase, they cancelled the order. Refused to post even though I payed $100.00 for postage. Dodgy sellers, there’s better sellers online for solar panels. Also received abuse when I asked why they cancelled the order!

    Probably my best customer service experience anywhere. The initial item was unforseeably unavailable from supplier. Sam and the team offered some alternatives pro-actively or a refund. Settling on an alternate item, the shipping was quick and when a lapse in communication from the courier occurred, Sam pro-actively took ownership and accountability seeing the shipment through to completion.
