Bought this pen and it leaked ink everywhere, over dresser & carpet & had to throw in bin, seller said it was damaged in transit, it wasn’t as packaging was untouched it was faulty, ink leaking through the joint on pen. I sent photos to seller & he refuses to refund without returning pen… without rummaging threw the bins I can’t return …. Very poor customer service wouldn’t recommend

Item arrived faulty, small roller came off straight away as holes not deep enough, squeak then you roll, bigger roller is bumpy, to return the item it would cost more then I paid. At the start seller was communicating and then I sent pictures showing fults,didn't reply, very disappointed

Not new eyeshadow they are clumpy and dried up contacted seller who asked for pics sent them just to prove my point I wasn't lying pics r in my other neg feedback of said dried up clumpy eyeshadow steer clear of this seller near 16 quid for 5 eyeshadow going in the bin tho I'll contact ebay.
