The seller listed the purse and I bought it and then they messaged me saying it is supposed to be more expensive than what I paid and I can pay $1500 more for it if I want it. I told them that’s not fair, I purchased it for the listed price. They tried to send me a free lock and key set but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted what I bought. I don’t think this was right of them to do and they need to be more diligent in pricing before listing and honor their listing price to the buyer.

Due to a temporary error in our system, the prices of our products were displayed as one-tenth of the actual price. We have fully refunded all buyers who purchased the products at the incorrect prices. As a gesture of apology, we have also provided them with a complimentary Louis Vuitton padlock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will be more vigilant to ensure that such an incident does not occur again in the future.
