Ordered 2bath sheets teal but got a light green. The supplier made excuse about lighten in factory can affect colour. I asked for teal ones but got a partial refund of £1.50 I am speechless. I know I agreed to partial refund . I know other people got one colour to. I won’t be dealing with this company again

Giving them to a charity shop can’t be bothered to send them back and spend time chasing emails

Good value for money from a UK manufacturer. My order arrived earlier than expected. I ordered the towelling robe in navy, hoping it would be the royal blue shown in the photograph. It is in fact quite a light turquoise, which wouldn't have been my first choice but I don't care enough to ask for an exchange. One star deducted.
