The company were asked if the product fitted my truck... they said yes.. the item arrived... nowhere near fitting my truck.. Contacted company... a week later they asked for photos... photos sent and its now been 3 weeks... nothing... go somewhere else if you want customer service.. as there ain't none here... no help, no communication... the item has been put on my truck at a cost to me.. the company are aware of this.. still nothing.. do not believe the description.. or their guarantee it fits

Package arrived with two damaged wheel trims,sent 4 photos two of each trim .They sent one replacement trim instead of a full replacement pack containing 4 trims and a return label for the return of the original package with the damaged trims. When I complained they had only sent one I was told I would have to pay £8 pounds to cover cost and postage of a further replacement . I took 4 photos to show damaged trims and assumed return label would be sent and full undamaged package sent out but NO .
