Shipping extremely fast and arrived is sealed unmarked plain boxes, however the devices were advertised as new and it obvious they are reconditioned units. The box units appear to be cosmetically undamaged, the remote shows that it was reconditioned and cables were bundled with both twisties and rubber bands. Not disappointed with purchase but should be listed as reconditioned or New(Other)
