Exatek responded to my order very quickly and Australia post picked up the parcel and it never got out of Sydney and was returned so Exatek are going to resend the parcel

Yes they did return it, The address it was sent to is the same as on ebay, Its all filled automatically so there is no error at this end I am not sure why you would blame me for the actions of Australia Post. As you know item is being re sent
