    It took them 1 week to post my item and then when it arrived 5 days after they sent me the wrong item and messaged them took a day to reply and then when I replied and ask for a replacement on the proper one to be sent didn’t ear from them after 2 days after sending another message and the reply was they are chasing it up and I’m still wanting on the chasing up and been a few days

    I am sorry there was a problem with your order. We said it would be fixed and it did take a little longer than it should of, Unfortunatly sometimes things are out of our control. We informed of the replacemnt being shipped 5 days ago.
