I received a single screw in a plastic envelope. I had mistakenly read the description as 10 screws. I realized my mistake when I was sent a single screw in a flimsy envelope. I was overcharged on shipping for "ground advantage". I did not initiate a return because I misread the listing. I am more concerned by the amount charged for shipping when I was sent a tiny item in a plastic envelope using a cheaper method of shipping.

We do offer returns for any reason, even if the error is yours. The retail rate for USPS Ground Advantage from Pennsylvania to California is $5.55. We charged $4.65, $0.90 less than the retail rate.
