    You know...all I can say is WOW!!!. Brand new, in the wrapper as stated, but..it came with a gasket too whish wasn't even mentioned in the description. Not to mention how professional and easy the staff was to work with. By far the best price on Ebay for a brand new Latch handle. I will be back. Thank You.

    i ordered based on being OEM, new items. I guess somewhere in the listing it stated these are in fact OEM, but not in OEM packaging as they are bulk items. However, mine appeared to be 'used' or damaged by pliers squeezing them. Anyways, I requested a return, expecting to mail them back. Seller apologized for 'damage' and mentioned they are in bulk, thus no OEM packaging. They also didn't request them be shipped back. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWESOME business model.
