Sadly the item does not match what was advertised; the item was well packaged but when I took it out of the box dust and some hairs fell out of the box, unbelievable that it was not sent clean, then I connected the base and put the vacuum cleaner to charge then I received an error message s1 which is a battery error which seller did not mention it in the publication. After more than 15 years of buying on ebay I have to say that this is the only item that does not comply with ebay policies

Unfortunately my item was defective, the Roku continuously restarted. I’m sure it was tested but the issue didn’t show up right away. Everything was included and just as described, it just didn’t function as expected. Despite that, the return process was painless and the seller’s communication was excellent.
