Upon testing, the left channel was inoperative. Seller was quick to respond to communication and return was arranged with no issue. Refund was issued immediately upon seller receiving the item on return. Disappointed that the item had issues, but seller was honest and helpful. Top notch seller and would shop with again.

    It was as described you, they gave me updates on shipping and everything. Shipping was late but thats not the sellers fault. Usps was slow on it. It was packaged good and was protected. For the money i got this for, it’s definitely worth it.

    The seller went out of their way to work with me when there was a small issue. Everything was resolved in my favor (I think and feel).
