Seller then instructed me to take item apart and change it which left control with loose parts. - c***6 (3)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThe problem was not with the seller,but with the courier.They didn`t contact me at anytime to inform me of duty owing.It was not delivered ontill amount owing was paid.I am quite aware that I was responsiable fot the duty,but was completely unawarethat i owed anything ontill i contacted the seller who checked it out for me.Fed ex should have notified me as soon as the part was in thier facility,not three weeks after.Five stars for seller,0 for fed ex who i expect to have a full refund from.
