Hi, I'm Cliff, a retired retail computer store/repair shop owner. For over 25 years, I've gathered lots of spare computer parts, as I hate to throw anything of some use away! I hope these parts can find new life in your repair project. Items I sell (unless otherwise noted) have been fully tested, and will be packaged with the utmost care. I will do my best to ship your order out within 1 business day, and I only use non-economy shipping services, (no FedEx SmartPost type shipping) to ensure you get your item as quickly as possible. Most orders are received within 2-3 business days, some heavier items further away from my location on the Delaware/Maryland border may take no more than 5 business days to arrive.     It was as described. The Ram was in great condition for a used product and operates without any issue. Shipping and delivery was extremely fast and the item had excellent packaging which included plenty of padding and proper ESD protection which most sellers on Ebay do not include. The value was good especially because it included free shipping.
