I communicated with the seller and he basically blamed it on user error. Later I discovered that the lower blade was missing. This made me think that they don't test the machines before shipping them. The seller responded well and send me the blade. The next few days the machine did a bad job serging. We helped this buyer out for several days they didn’t know how to use the machine so buyer opens a false return saying machine didn’t work. Malicious. We have sold 30 of these machines without issue. Buyers remorse but blame’s on seller. Block this one.
