Highly recommend this shop. I asked the seller if he/she can prioritise my order because we are leaving overseas soon and he/she replied straightaway. Item received very late but in good order and as described. The courier used are pathetic. The tracking stated that the parcel had been picked up from the seller with no further information available. It would do the seller not to use Aramex again. I certainly would not. It took them 13 days to deliver my parcel.

We were expecting the delivery to be an estimate as it was due just a couple of days before the Christmas week. When it was only 2 days late, we contacted F1rst-stop to keep a record of communications. Their replies were timely, polite and understanding.
