The item was delivered very quickly and is exactly as described………..there was an issue with the control/monitor that f1rst-stop proceeded to address with their wholesaler/importer who in fact declined to respond to them re the issue.
F1rst-stop however took the matter into their hands and admirably resolved the problem immediately to my complete satisfaction! I have been buying on the eBay platform for more than 10 years and I have never before experienced such first class customer service.

Packages arrived safely, products run well. The price offered is also very competitive. The blankets have heat selector switch from 0 to 3 with digital display as well.
