The listing states "GUARANTEE: ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE TO BE IN WORKING CONDITION". The item I got had burnt contacts. He does offer a 30 day return but I'm not going to bother because the order total was only $21 so I feel it is not worth the buyer or the seller to give USPS money to return junk back so I threw it away. The seller seems to be a good seller but the items are not tested & some might be bad. I would still buy again but not cheap items that are not worth sending back like this one.

...and a GREAT packaging job! Bakelite terminal strips do NOT like being flexed, and "f2d-express" took some extra steps to make VERY sure that wouldn't happen. Ordinary, everyday "shipping methodology" would NOT have damaged THIS package's contents! Somebody would've had to stomp directly on it or run it over with something heavy... and even THEN... maybe not!
