  Questionable seller ethics at best. I purchased a “New Open Box” thermostat from them. Pictures in listing showed the button cover removed and one end hidden. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased thinking it had just come unclipped. After receiving, I realized the cover was hidden in photos because the end was broken off and missing. After contacting the seller they made it very clear they were going to deny any intention and made no effort to try to make things right. Be careful.
