had an issue with the back zipper as the zipper pull was missing so no way to open it but seller had great communication and made it right offering me a choice to return it and shipping would be returned or keeping it and receiving a partial refund. i opted for the later rather than send it back. (this was a drunk-purchase that I made and completely forgot about until it was delivered... not the sellers fault). BUT.... all things being equal, I've got zero complaints about the satchel itself.
