I was sent a bed that was not accurate to the photos in the ad. Wanted a refund and to send the bed back. Pointed out to seller that photos in their ad are not accurate. Their suggestions that my mattress and box spring are too tall do not remedy to issue. Two different headboards and multiple mattress/box springs are picture. When seller would not answer my questions they accused me of calling them names. Not satisfied with product, very disappointed in correspondence with seller.

The correct bed was sent to this buyer the headboards are the same in all the pictures. The buyer does not know what a "low profile bedframe" means and does not know how to measure for it. When you put a high box spring and mattress on a low profile bed, it raises the bed!! Buyer wanted to keep the bed and get a refund and when I refused, he wanted someone to come and take it apart, for him since he should not have to do it! Unreasonable and angry He was offered a partial refund and refused it.

One of the panels of the cabinet was damaged upon arrival, although the box did not appeared damaged. They gave me an option of returning it or receiving $20 off the product. Since I still needed the cabinet, I agree to the $20. When we tried to put it together, pieces of the exterior pulled away from the particle board. It was unusable. I recontacted the seller to issue a return of the item. They never responded, and now the return time has elapsed, without a response.

You had 30 days to request return for this item. I thought the problem was resolved when I gave you the partial refund for the damage. This is unfair negative feedback since the problem was resolved,
