Communication from the Seller was 'fabulous' ;) , the customization process was handled very professionally, but with a personal touch. Shipping was also excellent.     This was for the custom work done for an odachi sword. The copper fittings look phenomenal, the quality of the work is amazing, and they were very easy to work with and communicative.
