Good price, article arrived before time. BUT packaging minimal, just the flask rolling around in a squashed box, no protection, compliments slip or invoice. ; a miracle it wasn't scratched or damaged.
Serious suggestion for the seller: invest in some form of packaging material, your customers will appreciate it.

Seller said the item would be delivered by Rayal Mail 48 and I puchased on that basis. I trust Royal Mail, it's my own local postman. But the seller used Evri who are hopeless, they didn't even try to see if I was in the house, they put the package at the front doorstep and ran away .. they are useless!!!! - it took 2 days longer than advertised to get here becuase of them sending the item to the wrong depot .. DO NOT use EVRI.

Delayed by the post (nothing new!) they arrived well packed but one of the tube ends had broken glass and was useless as a consequence. I guess it broke in transit. Fameworld gave me a refund very quickly. A good service when things go wrong. Many thanks.
