DVD was shipped within hours of ordering the product and the DVD was 100% brand new and arrived in my mailbox 2 business days from USPS. I recommend this seller and will order from them again. For the "Film Purists" note the movie is "Full Screen" on this Hallmark DVD. This means the original filmed aspect ratio of 1.33:1 (4/3 the old film & TV standard) is trimmed to fit the widescreen TV's but OK.
