Outstanding seller with amazing support! I purchased a pair of white havaianas for my wife and they were delivered by courier. However, due to where he left the package it slid out of sight and I thought it hadn't been delivered. I contacted Fancy-Things-Store and the seller was able to give me the precise day and time of delivery which allowed me to search on our security cameras to see what had happened. I could not recommend this beaut seller more highly. Quality Havaianas and service!

cd player arrived well packed in large box. Unfortunately the player would not play cds. Display said READ and nothing else happened. I tried turning off the power and turning it back on and tried other cds but nothing worked. I contacted the seller who agreed to a return for a faulty unit. Player was sent back and seller has refunded me on arrival of player. Thank you I appreciate your quick response and quick refund. Tracking information is very helpful. I live in a very large school with a significant Boarding service attached. Even when a parcel arrives here, it could be lost in a complicated system. I’m happy with the service from this company, It was problem with the delivery. I did order 1 items with 2 quantities and the courier was dropped off 1 and another missing and second Item was showing “Delivered “ next day..! and I was contact to the seller to resolve the problem ..!
