  Bought same item before from this seller with no issues but unfortunately this time upon delivery there was 2 broken bulbs. There was packing foam all over the top of bulbs, probably should put a layer of foam in the base of carton, as this appears to be where the damage occurred. Reading similar feedback from other buyers of the same product, I would also question the postage handlers. Tip: maybe mark the box with fragile stickers. :)

  According to the product code, I believe the incorrect tubes were sent, the seller instead of blaming the buyer did not offer to exchange the goods for the correct ones. In view of this my feedback remains unchanged! Poor customer service.
