The package was exceptionally well packaged, good solid cardboard box, bubble wrap and the contractor itself was then sealed in a heavy duty plastic bag. Item was described as being used but looks like new, and the mechanical interlock functioned as it should. Yet to be tested under load.

Thank you for your excellent feedback. We also thought that the contactor was new but couldn't be sure. Therefore we advertised it and priced it as for a Used one.
