The item was as described (new) and arrived within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, the soft pack envelope in which the model kit was shipped was inadequate to the handling it received on its journey. The kits flimsy cardboard box was pretty beat up as received but luckily the components enclosed were intact. Although mildly displeased with the boxes condition as received, I view the overall experience as positive. I'm pleased with the purchase & would deal w/this seller again.
