  I am extremely disappointed with this seller. The item I received was defective and when I contacted the seller, they only offered excuses and endless delays. They promised replacements and shipping, but never provided a valid tracking number. I have wasted weeks waiting with no solution, and their communication is unprofessional and unreliable. This transaction has caused me stress, wasted my time, and left me without the product I paid for. I no longer trust this seller.

  Amazing service. I had a tracking number within hours of purchasing on a Monday, and it was delivered to my RURAL address on the Friday. The product is great.
