The mechanic shop that received it said it looked horrible and they didn't want to install. $1000 later and they were right. It's worse than the one they pulled from my car. It wouldn't hurt to message a customer and say "hey this isn't up to par and likely won't work" before they spend $1000 on repairs with bad parts.

I tried repeatedly to contact you through eBay with no response. I called your headquarters only to be told I had to resolve thru eBay. We submitted a return & returned the item on 12/06/2024. As of today, 12/18/2024, you still have not acknowledged receipt of the return & still not responding to any messages. eBay had to step in & escalate our return. Terrible customer service!!
