Extremely poor seller. False advertising on their listing. Purchased a vehicle communication device that showed that required software CD was included and also license USB Dongle. Upon arrival, there was no USB dongle included and CD was blank. Tried telling me that I purchased with the option of no software. Why would I bother purchasing an item I cannot use. Couldn't help me any further and told me to find software online. Photos prove there was no other option. Delivery also very slow.
