    we had a great experience with this seller. our item was , although posted quickly, very slow in the postage system. When we thought our item wasnt going to arrive in time we organised via the seller for a refund. the seller was very obliging and immediately refunded us. The item then turned up on the day we were refunded so we communicated with the seller and they gave us a way of repaying for the Item. Although the transaction turned out very messy the seller was extremely helpful.
