  Terrible because it says it will arrive by February 18th but it's not even shipped yet it only says that I paid for it plus I was told by the seller that he will ship it out to me asap this is just down Right unbelievable for the seller not to communicate with there buyer and let them know what is the hold up about why hasn't it been shipped yet or if it's not available this is unbelievable I don't understand what is his problem not letting his customers know what is going on with there item

  I would not recommend this seller. I repeatedly reached out to the seller with questions to no avail. I was not provided with any tracking/ shipping status information until AFTER, the item arrived. And now that the item is not as described and much larger than others the same size that I have purchased from other vendors; I will be donating the collar and eating the cost, due to the 4.95 return shipping cost. Very disappointed with this seller!!!!!
