Seller then unilaterally cancelled the order and refunded. This seller advertised 2 day lead time and 24 hour delivery then denied that they offer this. I am confused why I have been subjected to such shoddy service.
Went and bought from a reputable dealer in the end.

Hi i am sorry you are un happy with my service, we do indeed send items out with royal mail on a 24 hour tracked service but have a 3 working day processing time this is because a lot for our items are bespoke to size, the eta is on all my listings, your comments are apprecaited though to which i will give consideration kind regards
