    Still awaiting for item almost a month after an already delayed send. I have reached out to the seller multiple times only to be ignored. I am truly concerned that this seller will cancel my order as punishment for failing to communicate and failing to provide items paid for (and having already paid additional postage). My low rating for the item is because I've not received it.

    Hello The item purchased is a pre order item, which cannot be sent until it arrives. It states on the listing that the item is a pre order and due to arrive around May 15th. I would advise not purchasing items on pre order if you do not wish to wait for them. I will cancel your order and send your refund.
