I'm very sorry we are extremely busy and missed the message. I would have responded and sent a replacement for such a low-cost item. I see the other item you purchased, which we dispatched at the same time, arrived without an issue. The item may have gotten delaye in the recent Easter Bank holiday shutdown or lost in the post. Having looked at other seller feedback you've left, there may be an issue with delivery to your address - I'd say you have way above average items not being received.
