  Ordered 6 minifgures and ensured that there was a combined shipping rate. Paid $29.28 for the items - was charged $28.20 shipping. Waited for a refund and had to remind the seller about combined shipping. Eleven days after the purchase I got a $10.72 refund - ended up paying $17.48 for the 3 ounce, previously used padded envelope that cost the seller $4.25 to send (if they didn't get a commercial discount). Items were advertised as new - some were only in ziplocks with no original packaging

  You received 15% off your entire order and I gave you a shipping discount in addition to the 15% discount. Everything you purchased was brand new. Items were removed from the original packaging to identify the items, and then placed in a ziploc bag for protection. I mailed your items in a previously used padded envelope because it was completely functional and saves on items in landfills.
