The phone Samsung Galaxy S10+ was described as "New, Open box", which wasn't true. It was a used phone with dirt marks from the case border around camera. Another issue was with the Shipping method, which at the time of my order was FedEx 2 day. That was important to me. In reality it was shipped USPS, but luckily came to me on time. The seller changed the shipping method after I communicated him and lied that it was like that at the time of the order, but my order history says FedEx 2 day.
