2. My grading is conservative, and I back my grading. If you are not happy with a book's grade, you can return the book. I spend a lot of time grading and provide notes in my listings.

3. I will treat you honestly and with respect. I will treat you as I would expect to be treated as a buyer, and I will take care of your purchased books as if they were my own.

4. I will communicate with you. Feel free to send me an offer on a book whose price is just out of your reach. Depending on my needs at the time, I might be able to offer a discount.
